Refund policy

At Promo Punks, we strive to deliver consistent, high-quality prints. If you're not satisfied with your product, follow the steps below to request a return or replacement:

How to Request a Return or Refund:

  1. Email us at return@promopunks.com.au with the following details:
    • Date of purchase
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photo showing the fault or damage

Once we receive your request, we will review it in line with our return policy and user agreement. You may be asked to return the product.


What Can Be Returned: We only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or have a defective print. Due to our automated production process, orders placed through our system cannot be edited or cancelled once confirmed. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns for items with visible wear or makeup stains. All returns must comply with our user agreement.

We Do Not Offer Refunds or Exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Mistakes in approved proofs
  • Non-print-ready artwork errors
  • Shipping delays or supplier stock issues
  • Incorrect garment size selection by the customer

Please note: Garment measurements provided online are accurate within a tolerance of ±2cm. Any discrepancy beyond this is considered faulty. Similarly, print dimensions and placement are also subject to a ±2cm variance.

Proof approval is crucial. By making payment, you are confirming your approval of the supplied proof. Ensure that the artwork, order quantity, and shipping details are correct before finalizing payment. We cannot accept returns for courier errors if the order was dispatched correctly and on time.


Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be edited or cancelled. All orders are subject to stock availability. If you wish to cancel, a restocking or cancellation fee starting from 35% of the purchase value will apply to cover the return process and reduce waste.


Delivery Timeframes: Print processing, production, and shipping times may vary. While we work to provide quick turnarounds, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by couriers (Australia Post, Startrack). In some cases, a partial refund may be offered. For rural or international locations not covered by Australia Post’s National Express Post Network, express shipping timeframes cannot be guaranteed.

Garment Care Instructions: To ensure your garments last, please follow these guidelines:

  • Wash in cold water
  • Gentle cycle, inside-out
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Dry in the shade

Garments will not shrink if washed according to the t-shirt label instructions. If your item shrinks and you followed these steps, please contact us via the return process.


Important Notes for Online Orders or Custom Artwork: Promo Punks is committed to customer satisfaction, but we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer
  • Mistakes in approved proofs
  • Low-quality artwork uploaded by the client that results in poor print quality
  • Minor (5%) differences in print colors, design size, or garment colors
  • Garment shrinkage due to washing
  • Errors in product type or size selection by the customer

Orders placed via phone, email, or in-person are subject to the same return process and proof approval disclaimer. Verbal approval, payment of an invoice, or email approval constitutes authorization to proceed. Please review all details thoroughly before providing approval.

We take great care in printing your artwork, but we are not liable for client errors. Due to the production process, colors, positioning, size, and scale are indicative only.
